Is soundcore VR P10’s pass-through charging function compatible with Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, and other devices?

The pass-through charging function is compatible with Meta Quest 2. VR P10 doesn’t support pass-through charging and touch controls when connected to Quest 3 or other devices.

Can I listen to music from my phone while also hearing in-game audio from the dongle?

No, you can’t mix Bluetooth music with the in-game dongle audio. You can only take calls from your phone and hear audio from the dongle when Game and Talk (Mixcall) is enabled.

What should I do if the Bluetooth connection fails on my VR P10?

Reset the headphones as instructed in the user manual, then re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode to reconnect.

Can I connect soundcore VR P10 to my PS5 via Bluetooth?

soundcore VR P10 Gaming Earbuds do not support Bluetooth connection with the PS5. They can be connected via the included USB-C dongle, but there may be incompatibility issues as the dongle is designed for connection with Meta Quest 2.

What should I do if the volume is still low after I have adjusted it using the Quest 2 slider?
