When using these TV headphones, will it turn off the sound coming from the TV speakers?

It actually depends on your TV’s settings. Most smart TV models have option to play audio from both the TV’s internal speakers and an external audio system simultaneously.

Why there is no sound under optical connection?

What you are experiencing is an incorrect audio format in Netflix and/or your TV. Pls check your Netflix app audio options. If surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Additionally, please update TV’s audio settings to PCM.

Is it possible to have both the TV headphones and my sound bar work at the same time?
