Why my portable monitor is Black Screen /No signal
1. Please ensure the monitor is properly connected to a strong enough power supply (5V/2A or above).
2. If the monitor worked well before, please try to replace the data transmission cable first.
3. For a Type-C connection, please check that the Type-C port of your devices is full-function or not. Not all Type-C ports can support data and video transmission.
4. Please set the display mode of your laptop/PC to Extended in Windows.
5. Please connect the monitor to other devices to check if the monitor can work well with other devices
What is each port used for?

2, Mini HDMI Port: Audio and video signal transmission.
How to connect the monitor with my iPhone?
For iPhone 15 and later models, you can connect it to the monitor directly.
For past iPhone models, you need to use the Lightning to HDMI Adaptor（not included）to connect the iPhone and the monitor.
I have charged the monitor for several hours. Why does it fail to turn on and show “no signal”?
Lepow portable monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, please make sure it has enough power (5V/2A or above) coming in first.
Does my iPhone/iPad work with the Lepow monitor by the Apple charging cable?
No, it doesn’t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone/iPad, you need a lightning to HDMI adapter.
Can lost or damaged accessories be replaced?
