Scan the QR code on the instruction manual to download the APP or enter APP store to download’Hband’. Turn phone Bluetooth on — open the App — Device — bind device, then search and pair the device with your phone.

How do I change my watch face?

This watch has 5 dials by default which can be changed by touch screen, meanwhile, there are tons of dials for you to choose in Haband APP, you can find your favorite dial and download it to replace the default dial.

How does sleep monitoring work?

Our sleep detection time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day, it is automatic monitoring, you can check your sleep data in the APP.

Is the fitness tracker waterproof?
