Does this camera support 5Ghz network?

This camera only supports 2.4Ghz netowrk, 5Ghz is not supported. If you are using dual-band netowrk, please make sure the camera connect to the 2.4Ghz network.

Note: 5Ghz≠5G. 5GHz Is One of Two Bands For Wi-Fi while 5G Is The New Cellular Standard.

How to view longer SD card/Cloud recording?

Once you set up SD card or Cloud recording, please clicking “Replay” under live feed and view SD card&Cloud recording. Do not go to Alert page, it’s 10s alert video.

Do I have to subscribe for a Cloud plan?

No, Cloud is optional. The three storage features (local 10s recording/sd card/cloud) are independent of each other.

Why the camera rotates on its own?

Once the camera is plugged, it rotates automatically to do a self-test to make sure the pan&tilt feature works.

Also after you enabled the “auto-tracking” funtion, the camera rotates to follow the motions.

What should I notice during connecting?

1. The security camera works with 2.4GHz WiFi , 5GHz is not supported

2. The indicator light should flash blue twice intermittently before scanning the QR code.

3. Check if the password is correct and make sure there is no space in it.
